High EnerG is a trauma‑informed nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through wellness, confidence‑building, and leadership development. We create safe, uplifting spaces where participants can heal, grow, and discover their strengths. Through programs like Glow & Grow, we support youth and women with emotional wellness tools, creative expression, and community connection.
